Omelette with mushrooms and salami in a bun
An interesting serving of omelette, perfect for Sunday breakfast. Omelette in a bun is very hearty and tasty, but it takes a little more time to prepare than a regular omelette.
Constituents (for 2 servings):
- Sesame buns – 2 pieces .
- sour cream – 2 tbsp.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- cream - 4 tbsp.
- onion - 1 onion
- mushrooms – 50 gr.
- salami - 50 gr.
- hard cheese – 50 gr.
- tomato paste – 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Cooking:
Peel and dice the onions. Peel and finely chop the mushrooms.
In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, place the onion and fry it until golden. Add the mushrooms and, stirring constantly, stew with the onions for about 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste to the mushrooms and onions, stir and stew for another 2 minutes. Cool slightly.
Finely chop the salami and mix with the cooled mushroom filling.
Cut the tops off the sesame seed buns and carefully remove the crumbs.
Grease the inside of the buns with sour cream.
Whisk the cream with the eggs, salt and pepper.
Spread sausage and mushroom filling into buns.
Pour creamy egg mixture over the top.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Place the buns in the microwave for 3-4 minutes and bake until golden. Serve hot as an independent dish, or with a salad of fresh vegetables.
