Sausage and cheese omelet
Even those who love to cook sometimes have moments when it's too lazy to go into the kitchen, but the family needs to be fed. I'm no exception. And in one of these moments, my sister Luba suggested making an omelet, and not just an omelet, but a stuffed one. Everything is cooked outrageously simple, and it turns out very tasty. To make it easier to turn the omelet, I cooked it on a frying pan for frying pancakes, but I think that without it you can catch and carefully turn the omelet. It looks very beautiful - rolled up in an envelope with an appetizing filling inside - a real lifesaver for "lazy days.
