Omelet with green peas
One of the options for making a regular omelette. The flecks of green peas blend in nicely with the egg and milk flavor of the omelet and dilute it nicely. It's no more complicated to prepare than a regular omelette.
Constituents:
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- milk – 0,5 tbsp.
- butter – 50 gr.
- green peas (can be frozen) – 100-150 gr.
- cheese – for sprinkling
- salt, pepper – to taste
Cooking an omelet with green peas:
Melt butter in a pan and pour green peas into it. Stir fry the green peas lightly on a low flame for 3-5 minutes.
Allow the green peas to cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, salt the mixture and add ground black pepper.
Pour the mixture into the skillet and, while constantly swiping with a wooden spatula, separate the set omelet from the bottom and walls of the skillet and stir to cook the omelet evenly.
Once the omelet has fully set, sprinkle it with grated cheese, cover with a lid and keep on low heat for another 2 minutes to melt the cheese, then you can serve.
Enjoy!"
