Mackerel marinated at home

I like marinated mackerel much better than herring - it's more tender and fattier. However, store-bought mackerel often leaves a lot to be desired, so I tried marinating it myself. It turned out great - tender, flavorful and very tasty. But you need to be patient and wait until the fish is salted and marinated. And you can enjoy it! With boiled potatoes, black bread and onions - mmm, just finger-lickin' delicious!

Hazelnut mazurek

Mazurek is a cake in Polish cuisine, the base of which is made of sand or yeast dough, and the filling can be fruit, berries and more (or in other words tart). The recipe is from a Polish cookbook I've already mentioned here. I think this mazurek is more suitable for winter - the filling in it is quite fatty, sweet and hearty, and the dough is thin and crispy. I recommend reducing the amount of sugar in the filling for lovers of not very sweet pastries, but overall the pie is very tasty and interesting.

Easter cookies

Easter is not only about traditional cakes and cottage cheese Easter, but also about many other baked goods, including cookies. These cookies are not only interesting and unusual - in the form of eggs - but also very tasty. Cookies are prepared simply, but will surprise those who see and try it. It will be especially interesting for children.

Easter kulich

Kulich, or as it is more often called in our country - paska, is a kind of festive pastry, which is prepared on the Bright Sunday of Christ. They are baked with a lot of goodness: eggs, butter, raisins, so they are very sweet, hearty and tasty. Every housewife has her own recipe for kulich, but I want to share the recipe my mother uses to bake them.

Jamie Oliver's salt-crusted fish.

Baking fish on salt is a simple but very effective way of cooking it. The salt forms a thick and hard crust that makes the fish very juicy and flavorful. A minimum of time and effort, but as a result you will get one of the tastiest fish dishes you have ever tasted. Any non-boneless fish can be baked. Recipe from Jamie Oliver's book.

Chicken rillettes in the multicooker.

Riette is a French variety of coarse pâté with discernible fibers or pieces of meat. A very tasty appetizer, especially with fresh bread, vegetables and pickles. A perfect accompaniment to a good red wine. I advise you to cook it in a multicooker, as it makes the meat incredibly tender and flavorful.
