Zucchini on a grill pan

In zucchini season, it's a godsend – chop everything up, marinate it for a couple of minutes, put it in a frying pan and the vegetables are ready. If you don't have a grill pan, you can grill these zucchini in the oven, or roast them in a regular frying pan.

Very tasty cheesecakes

I'm a big fan of cheesecakes, so I'm constantly trying different recipes for them, and I share successful finds on the site. I have banana cheesecakes, pumpkin, and fried and baked. But for the past six months, I've completely stopped experimenting and cook always according to one recipe that a girl restaurateur I know shared with me. Cheesecakes turn out very tender, cottage cheese, lush and beautiful. And they are ready in one or two!

Rabbit – meat is lean, dietary, and you don't want to spoil it «spoil» by hard roasting, fat, etc. So I always try to figure out how to cook rabbit with a minimum of intervention. Appetizer pancakes on beer with philadelphia and red fish

I made these pancakes back at Pancake Day, and didn't have time to share then. But they are worth not putting them off for too long, very tasty both the pancakes and the filling are perfect together. I usually bake beer pancakes to accompany the fish filling, yes, I can't give them to the kids, but they're a great appetizer for a holiday table, and they're just as easy to make as regular pancakes.
