Pancakes with cottage cheese
Simple but very tasty pancakes. The curd filling is tender and sweet. Perfect for breakfast in the morning.
Constituents:
- pancakes
- child curd – 300-400g .
- or cottage cheese with sugar
Preparation:
Cook pancakes according to the above recipe. Baby curd is very good for the filling – it is tender, soft and uniform. Wrap the filling in the prepared pancakes.
If you use cottage cheese, you need to grind it through a sieve to make the mass tender and homogeneous. Then mix cottage cheese with sugar, if desired add lemon zest and juice.
