Broccoli with garlic
This is a classic broccoli recipe from the "Good Cooking" series of books. The broccoli is juicy and has a light garlic flavor - a great side dish for fish or meat. This recipe can also be used to cook cauliflower.
Compost:
- broccoli - 500 gr.
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- parsley
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking:
Separate broccoli into small florets and boil in boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. The cabbage should be slightly undercooked. Pat the broccoli dry.
Heat olive or sunflower oil in a frying pan, put finely chopped garlic and fry it. Add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
