Mushrooms in sour cream
I'll tell you right away – it's very tasty! Mushrooms in sour cream can be served with potatoes or any other side dish, simply with meat, or generally used as a main course. Mushrooms are very simple and quick to prepare, but they will be quite suitable even for a festive table.
Composition:
- mushrooms – 450 gr.
- sour cream – 250 gr.
- onion – 1 pc
Cooking mushrooms in sour cream:
Clean the mushrooms and onions. Dice the onions. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and lightly fry the onion. Cut the mushrooms in half and cut into large slices.
Place the mushrooms in the pan and fry until cooked. Do not overcook them, just fry them until excess moisture evaporates.
After that, salt and pepper the mushrooms, add sour cream. Stir well and keep on the fire for about 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
