Roast with meat and potatoes in the multicooker
Roast, or pechenya in Ukrainian, is a tasty and hearty dish. And in a multicooker it will not be difficult to cook it.
Compost:
- pork - 400 gr.
- potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
- water - 0,5 - 1 multicup
- salt, pepper, bay leaf - to taste
- sunflower oil - 1 tbsp .
Cooking roast with meat and potatoes in a multicooker:
For roast it is better to take a soft part of pork with small veins of fat. Wash the meat and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
Peel the vegetables, chop the onion and carrots finely, cut the potatoes into medium sized pieces.
Pour sunflower oil into the bowl of the multicooker, put the meat, onions and carrots.

Cook in "bake" mode for 30 minutes.
Then add potatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, bay leaf and pour in water. Cook in "pilaf" mode

Stir the roast 2-3 times during the cooking process.
Serve hot, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs if desired.
