Potatoes with hunting sausages in the multicooker
A great winter dish. The hunting sausages give the dish a smoked flavor and the potatoes make it hearty. This dish is not difficult to prepare in a multicooker.
Composition:
- hunting sausages - 350 gr.
- potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
- water - 0,5 - 1 multicup
- salt, pepper, bay leaf - to taste
- sunflower oil - 1 tbsp .
Cooking potatoes with hunting sausages in a multicooker:
Cut the sausages into pieces.
Peel vegetables, chop onion and carrots finely, cut potatoes into medium sized pieces.
Pour sunflower oil into the bowl of the multicooker, put onions, carrots and sausages.

Cook in "bake" mode for 20 minutes.
Then add the potatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, bay leaf and pour in the water.
Cook in "pilaf" mode.
Stir 2-3 times during the cooking process.
Serve hot, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs if desired.
