Breadcrumb breaded chicken breasts
A quick and tasty way to cook chicken breast. The breast is juicy and the breading is spicy and crispy. Recipe from the magazine "Gastronome".
Composition:
- chicken fillet - 6 pcs.
- flour - 2/3 cup
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- bread - 4 pieces
- grated parmesan - 40 gr. (optional)
- dried oregano - a pinch
- dried basil - a pinch
- paprika - 1/4 tsp.
- salt and freshly ground pepper - to taste
- frying oil
Cooking:
Dry the bread in the oven, break into pieces and grind into coarse crumbs. Mix salt with oregano, basil, pepper, paprika and parmesan.
Lightly beat the eggs with a whisk. In a separate bowl, pour the flour. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet.
Rub the chicken fillets with the salt and pepper mixture.
Coat the fillet in flour.
Then dip breasts in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
Fry in heated pan in sunflower oil until golden - 5–6 minutes on each side.
Serve immediately with a green salad.
