Chicken stewed with onions
A very simple recipe for cooking chicken meat, which will help you when you don't have time to mess around in the kitchen.
Constituents:
- chicken meat – 700 gr.
- onion – 2 pcs.
Cooking:
Cut the chicken into pieces or take ready-made shanks, thighs or wings. Fry in a frying pan in vegetable oil on both sides until browned. Place the onions cut in half rings on top, mix and fry the onions for 4-5 minutes until golden.
After that, salt the meat, add spices and pour boiled water so that it is 1 cm below the level of the meat. Cover with a lid and stew until cooked – about 10-15 minutes. Serve with any garnish.
