Lazy dumplings
The recipe for lazy dumplings is simple as hell – mix everything together, roll and boil. But the result is very worthy. This dish is perfect for breakfast: you can make the dumplings in the evening and boil them in the morning. They are also good for an afternoon snack or a light dinner.
Constituents:
- cottage cheese – 250 gr.
- sugar – 3 tbsp. (if you like it sweeter, you can use more) .
- egg – 1 pc.
- flour – about 1 tbsp.
- salt – 0,5 tsp.
Cooking lazy dumplings:
Melt the cottage cheese with the sugar, egg and salt.
Add the flour and knead the dough. The amount of flour depends on the curd – if it is wet, the flour will take more, if dry – less. The finished dough should not stick to your hands.
Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough into sausages.
Cut them into small pieces and boil them in boiling water.
Serve the finished dumplings with sour cream. If necessary, sprinkle with sugar.
