Meat stewed with onions and spices in a multicooker
A simple stew, adding spices and onions to it makes it very flavorful, and stewing in the multicooker makes it soft and tender.
Composition:
- pork fillet (or beef) - 500 gr.
- large onion - 2 pcs.
- ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- turmeric
- zira
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking meat stewed with onions and spices in a multicooker:
Clean the meat from films and excess fat and cut into pieces with a side of 3-4 cm.
Cut the onion into rings or half rings.
Grease the bowl of the multicooker with sunflower oil, put the meat on top of the onions, then spices and salt.
Cook on "braise" for 2.5-3 hours - until the meat reaches desired softness.
