Meat in sorrel leaves in pots
The meat in this recipe is soft and juicy. The sorrel gives it a slight sourness and piquancy.
Compost (for 2 pots):

- carrots – 3 large pieces .

- vegetable oil (for frying)
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking:
Cut meat into small cubes with the side of about 1.5-2 cm.
Wash, dry and cut off the tough veins from the back of the leaves.
Carefully wrap the meat pieces in the sorrel leaves in the form of rolls, turning the sides of the leaves inwards.

Chop onions finely, grate carrots on a fine grater.
Fry onions in vegetable oil, add carrots and fry until cooked.
Season with salt and pepper.
In the pot very carefully arrange in a row rolls with meat.
