Chops
Chops, or as they are called in my family - «bitki» – are a godsend for meat lovers: juicy, flavorful, meaty. They can also be used as a semi-finished product - freeze already battered meat, and if necessary, defrost it and literally in a few minutes prepare a hearty and tasty dish.

Constituents (for about 10-12 chops):
- pork – 0.5 kg
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- flour – 0,5 tbsp.
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking the chops:
I usually cook pork chops, but you can also use lean veal or chicken fillets. Beat meat (it is so called – «meat for beaters or chops», they also call it "loin" - usually it is an oblong piece of meat with a whole muscle) cut across the fibers into pieces about 1 cm thick. Beat the meat lightly with a hammer to make it soft. If you are making chicken fillet, simply cut it lengthwise into two pieces and lightly pound it. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste. In a separate bowl, pour the flour.
Dip a piece of meat in flour, then dip it in egg on both sides and put it on a heated frying pan. Fry on both sides until browning.
Serve with any garnish.
