Jamie Oliver's Pasta with Baked Camembert
Macaroni and cheese is the perfect combination! The pasta is very flavorful and has a wonderful creamy and cheesy taste. It will take you 30 minutes to make, but I'm sure everyone who tries it will love it. It's true that baked cheese is not the healthiest food, but sometimes you can treat yourself.
Composition(for 4-6 people):
- Camembert cheese - 1 box (250 g.) .
- garlic - 2 cloves
- fresh rosemary - 1 sprig
- parmesan - 100 gr.
- pasta - 400 gr.
- fresh spinach - 150 gr.
- olive oil
- salt, freshly ground pepper
Cooking:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Open the box of camembert, unwrap the wrapper and place the cheese in a baking dish. Slice the top crust of the cheese in a circle, remove the resulting circle and discard.
Cut into a circle.
Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Trim the rosemary leaves from the sprig. Place the garlic pieces on top of the cheese, sprinkle with pepper and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with the rosemary leaves and roll them lightly over the surface of the cheese with your fingers to coat them with oil.
Place the camembert in the oven for 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
Meanwhile, boil a large pot of salted water. 10 minutes before the cheese is ready, pour the pasta into the pot and boil it according to the instructions on the package. When the pasta is cooked, add the spinach to the pot and cook for another 10-15 seconds.
.
Once done, drain the pasta and spinach in a colander. Transfer the pasta back to the pot, splash some olive oil into the pasta, and sprinkle in the grated parmesan.
Season the pasta with salt and pepper and mix.
Arrange pasta on plates and drizzle with melted camembert or place cheese on the table so everyone can add their own cheese to taste.
Enjoy!"
