Peppers baked with cheese and eggs
A quick dish that is ready in 15 minutes. Perfect for breakfast or a light dinner.
Constituents (for 2 servings):
- bell pepper – 1 piece .
- mozzarella or cheese – 100 gr.
- egg – 2 pcs.
- dill – 0,5 bundle
Cooking:
Carefully cut peppers in half, remove inner partitions and seeds.
Put the peppers cut side up in a heatproof dish, put finely chopped cheese (mozzarella or bryndza), chopped herbs. Pour an egg into each half and salt on top. If desired, you can whisk the eggs and fill the peppers with scrambled eggs.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until eggs are cooked.
