Pilaf in a slow cooker
I cook pilaf in a multicooker. It turns out less fatty and more dietary. Cooking pilaf in a multicooker does not require much effort, and the finished dish turns out delicious, rice – crumbly, and the meat is fragrant.
Composition:
- meat – 200-250 gr.
- rice – 2 measuring «multicooker» cups
- onion – 1 pcs.
- carrots – 1 pcs.
- vegetable oil -1 tbsp.
- salt, pepper – to taste
Cooking pilaf in a multicooker:
Cut the meat into small pieces. Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots.
Pour vegetable oil in the bottom of a multicooker pan.
In the specified order put the following products: meat, onions, carrots and rice. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour 4 multicup cups of water and cook in the mode «pilaf».
