Chopped chicken cutlets
Yes, as strange as it may seem, we don't just eat sweets, we love meat too. But preferably one that's quick to prepare and doesn't require a lot of fuss. This recipe, which my friend Olga shared with me, is just from such a series. The cutlets fry quickly and remain juicy, and the garlic adds a nice piquancy. In general, I recommend it!
Composition:
- chicken fillet – 3 pcs.
- egg – 2 pcs.
- flour – 2 tbsp.
- garlic – 4 cloves (you can have more)
- hard cheese – 150 gr.
- sour cream (if desired) – 1-2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper – to taste .
- sunflower oil for frying
Cooking chopped chicken cutlets:
Rinse the chicken fillet, peel off the films and veins and cut into small cubes – with sides no more than 1 cm. I cut strips first, then dice.
And then dice.
Mix the meat with eggs, flour, grated cheese, squeeze garlic through a garlic press, salt and pepper. If the mince is dry, you can add a little sour cream (in the original recipe – mayonnaise).
Stir until smooth.
Heat a frying pan, pour in a little sunflower oil and spoon out the mince in the form of cutlets.
Fry, with a lid on the skillet, over medium heat until browned on both sides.
Serve hot.
Good appetite!
