Spaghetti Bolognese (simplified version)
This simplified version of Bolognese sauce uses ready-made tomato sauce rather than fresh tomatoes, making the cooking process simpler and the cooking time shorter. The meat in the sauce turns out very juicy, and the dish itself – tasty.
Composition:
- spaghetti (or any pasta) – 400 gr.
- minced meat – 200 gr.
- onion – 1 pc.
- garlic – 2 cloves
- tomato sauce with seasonings – 3 tbsp.
Cooking:
Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Discard in a colander, rinse with cold water.
Peel onion and garlic and chop finely. In a small amount of vegetable oil fry onion and garlic, add minced meat and fry until the meat is ready. Later add tomato sauce to the meat and stew for another 3-4 minutes. Taste the sauce and, if necessary, add salt and pepper.
You can serve in several ways: add the pasta to the sauce and stir or place the pasta on a plate and pour the sauce on top.
Enjoy!
