Cheesecakes with fried bananas
This interesting idea of serving cheesecakes with bananas was shared with me by my friend Christina. When roasted, bananas take on a great sweetness and go great with the tender cheesecakes. This is the perfect breakfast both in taste and time spent on preparation. I recommend you to try this dish, especially since it is no more difficult to prepare than regular cheesecakes!
Constituents:
- cottage cheese - 250 gr.
- egg - 1 pc.
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp.
- flour - about 5 tbsp.
- zest and juice of 1 lemon
- banana - 2 pieces
- butter for frying
- odorless sunflower oil for frying
Cooking:
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese (if cottage cheese is grits, it should be rubbed through a sieve), egg, sugar, juice and zest of lemon.
Mix the curd (if the curd is grits, it should be rubbed through a sieve), egg, sugar, juice and zest of lemon.
Add the flour (the amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the curd) and mix well. The mixture should not get very dry and still hold its shape.
Add the flour (the amount of flour depends on the moisture content of the curd) and mix well.
Pour a little sunflower oil into a skillet and spread the curd mixture with a tablespoon in the form of small cheesecakes.
Grill the cheesecakes on both sides until browned.
Meanwhile, peel the bananas and cut them across into 2 pieces, then cut each of the pieces lengthwise into 4 more pieces.
In a separate skillet, melt butter, place bananas and fry until lightly browned.
Place the finished cheesecakes on a plate, top them with the bananas and sour cream.
Enjoy!
