Cheesecakes in the oven
Oven-baked cheesecakes are more tender than pan-fried cheesecakes. They're quick and easy to make, and baking them in the oven saves you a lot of time standing at the stove. And cooking them in the oven is healthier.
Constituents:
- cottage cheese – 500 gr.
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- flour – 150 gr.
- sugar – 50 gr.
- vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
- butter – 50 gr.
- milk – 250 ml
Cooking cheesecakes in the oven:
Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, sugar and vanilla sugar until homogeneous.
Heat a baking tray in the oven. Melt butter on the baking tray, pour in milk and heat in the oven. Spoon the cottage cheese mixture into the hot gravy with a tablespoon.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until browned – approximately 35-40 minutes.
Can be served hot or cold.
