Baked pepper stuffed with meat
Quick, delicious, flavorful.
Constituents:
- bell pepper – 1 kg
- mixed minced meat (pork and beef) – 1 kg
- onion – 2 pcs.
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Cooking:
Chop the onions, add to the minced meat and mix. Salt and pepper the minced meat, add ground bay leaf.
Clean the peppers from the stalks and seeds, fill them with minced meat and place them in a heatproof mold greased with vegetable oil.
Pour 0.5 tbsp of water into the mold, cover the mold with foil and place in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees. After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake the peppers until cooked.
After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake the peppers until tender.
Serve with sour cream.
