Banana pancakes
Simple and quick pancakes with the bright aroma and flavor of bananas. Pancakes are best eaten hot, but they are also delicious cold. Recipe from the magazine "Gastronome"
.Composition:
- milk – 300 ml
- large ripe bananas – 2 pcs.
- egg – 4 pcs.
- flour – 1 cup
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp (optional)
- salt – a pinch
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp .
Cooking pancakes with bananas:
Pour sifted flour, sliced bananas, eggs, salt, and milk into the bowl of a blender and whisk until lumps disappear. If desired, you can add 1-2 tbsp of sugar to the batter.
Put the finished batter in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Then add vegetable oil to the batter and whisk it once again.
Grease the skillet with oil (no need to grease the skillet further) and pour in about a third of a ladleful of batter.
Add the batter to the skillet.
Brown the pancake on one side, flip and brown the second side.
Serve the pancakes hot with sour cream, milk, etc.
