Quick and juicy turkey fillet baked in foil
Turkey cooked according to this recipe turns out juicy, flavorful and soft. It's quick and easy to prepare. Great for dinner.
Compost:
- turkey fillet – 1 pcs.
- butter – 50-70 g .
- salt, spices
Cooking:
Wash the turkey fillet, dry, rub with salt and spices – pepper, dried basil and oregano.

Cut butter into thin, elongated slices.
With a knife, make several punctures in the fillet and stuff the punctures with butter.
And then cut the butter into the fillet.
Wrap the fillets tightly in foil and send them to the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Check the readiness with a stick – if no red or pink juice is released when pierced, the meat is ready.
