Beef stewed with potatoes in a multicooker
A simple, juicy and hearty dish. Minimal fuss and a delicious dinner is ready. The long braising process makes the beef soft and tender, while the vegetables complement its flavor.
Constituents:
- beef (not hard part) - 350 gr.
- potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- tomato - 1-2 pcs.
Cooking:
Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a multicooker. Top with finely chopped onion and coarsely grated carrots. Then put medium diced potatoes and tomatoes. Salt the vegetables and meat, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and add half a multicup of water. Cook in the Stew mode for 2,5 hours.
