Hake in tomato sauce with mushrooms
I made this dish completely by accident – I needed to make dinner quickly, and in the fridge I had only hake, mushrooms and some tomato sauce with spices, which I used. The resulting dish turned out to be delicious and worthy of attention. This recipe will diversify the menu of dishes from hake. The dish is good both in warm form and in cold. In warm form, this fish is very well combined with mashed potatoes, and in cold resembles canned fish in tomato sauce, but much tastier than store-bought.
Composition:
- hake – 3 pcs.
- fresh mushrooms (champignons) – 200 gr.
- tomato sauce with spices – 4 tbsp.
Cooking:
Clean the fish and wash it well. Cut it crosswise into slices about 3 cm thick. Pan fry the fish in a small amount of oil until cooked through and place on a separate plate.
Clean, wash and cut mushrooms into thin slices. Fry mushrooms in a pan until the liquid is almost completely evaporated, add tomato sauce and mix well. Place the fish pieces in the pan with the sauce and simmer in the sauce for 5-7 minutes. If necessary, salt and pepper. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
Bon appetit!
