Cabbage stew
A simple recipe for cabbage stew.
Composition:
- white cabbage – 1 fork
- carrots – 1 piece .
- onion – 1 pcs.
- tomato paste – 2 tbsp.
Cooking braised cabbage:
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and finely chop the cabbage.
In vegetable oil fry onion, add carrots, stew a little and add cabbage. Stew the cabbage until softened. If the cabbage is dry and will not give a lot of juice, pour in half a cup of water. After the cabbage reaches the desired softness (if desired, soften or be a little crispy), add tomato paste, salt, ground black pepper and bay leaf and stew for another 5-7 minutes.
