Cabbage stewed with mushrooms
Juicy, flavorful cabbage. Cooked quickly, and eaten just as quickly.
Composition:
- White cabbage – 0,5 fork
- onion – 1 pc .
- carrots – 1 piece
- fresh mushrooms – 200 gr.
- bell pepper – 1-2 pcs.
- tomato – 2 pcs. or tomato paste – 1 tbsp.
Cooking:
In a thick-bottomed pot, fry the chopped onion, grated carrots and striped peppers in vegetable oil. After 2-3 minutes, add the mushrooms cut into large slices. When the vegetables become softer, add the chopped cabbage. If the vegetables have not let enough juice, pour in a little water and stew until the cabbage is ready. Then add grated tomatoes (without skins) or tomato paste, salt, pepper and bay leaf, and stew for another 5-7 minutes. Serve with any meat or garnish.
