Simple cutlets.
Cooking cutlets according to this recipe lives up to its name. The cutlets are so called because the recipe and ingredients are simplified to the max – the cutlets are easy to prepare, but very juicy and tasty. For those who like not to complicate their lives in the kitchen, I recommend it.
Compost:
- minced meat – 700 gr.
- onion – 2 large
- egg - 2 pcs.
- milk – about 1 tbsp.
- breadcrumbs – big handful
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking:
Pour milk or water over white bread crumbs or fresh bread so that the liquid barely covers the bread and keep them until they soften.
Bread crumbs.
Peel the onion and spin it on a meat grinder or grate it, in extreme case – chop as finely as possible. Add the onion and eggs to the mince. Softened breadcrumbs soften with a hand or fork and add to the mince without squeezing out the liquid. Salt and pepper the mince and beat well with a fork. If desired, you can add water to make the cutlets juicier.
Put a frying pan on the fire, pour a little vegetable oil and heat. Form one small cutlet and fry it on both sides until browned. The cutlets do not need to be dipped in breadcrumbs or flour before frying. After one side is fried, turn the cutlet over and cover the pan with a lid so that it steams.
Taste the finished cutlet for salt and spices, correct the flavor if necessary.
Fry the remaining minced meat. Serve hot.
Enjoy!
