Chicken thighs in tomato and soy sauce

A delicious and simple recipe for baking chicken thighs, thighs or wings. The meat turns out delicious and juicy, with a nice spiciness. The meat is quick and easy to prepare.

Constituents:

  • soy sauce – 150 gr.

Cooking:

You can use any part of the chicken for this recipe. Wash the meat, lightly dry it.
Peel and finely chop the onions. Mix the tomato sauce and soy sauce together and add the onions.

Pour sauce over the thighs until they are completely covered. If there's not enough sauce, make more. Put the meat in the refrigerator for a few hours, or preferably overnight.

Once the meat is marinated, place the thighs on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until cooked – about 40 minutes. Check the readiness with a stick – if after piercing the meat does not release red or pink juice, it is ready.
