Chicken cutlets with mushrooms
Easy to make and easy on the stomach, these chicken mince patties. Inclusions of onions and mushrooms make the meat juicier and the flavor more interesting. The recipe for these cutlets was shared with me by a very nice girl Elena, for which she thanked me very much!
Compost:
- chicken fillet – 500 gr.
- mushrooms – 200 gr.
- onion – 1 pc.
- egg – 1 pc.
- water – 0,5 tbsp.
- salt, pepper – to taste
Cooking:
Grind chicken fillet in a meat grinder. Peel and finely chop onions and mushrooms. Mix meat, onions, mushrooms and egg well, salt and pepper. Pour water into the mince and beat well with a fork until homogeneous.
