Chicken wings in garlic sauce
A great way to make a flavorful meat dish out of ordinary chicken wings. It's very simple, affordable and quick.
Constituents:
- chicken wings - 10 pcs.
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- salt, pepper - to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Cooking:
Wash the chicken wings and cut into 2 pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and alternately fry the wings on both sides until browned - about 5 minutes.
When all the wings are fried, pour 0.5 tbsp. of water into the pan and scrape the burnt meat juice from the bottom of the pan.
Put the fried wings in a cast iron or thick-walled pan, press garlic on top, salt and pepper to taste. Pour water from the pan over the wings so that it is 2-3 cm below the level of the wings. If the water from the pan is not enough, add regular water.
Place the stock pot over medium heat and cook the wings until soft, 20-25 minutes.
Serve the wings with a side dish of vegetables or green salad.
Enjoy!"
