Chicken sausages
Very tender and tasty chicken sausages, which, unlike store-bought sausages, can be given to children, eaten by those who watch their diet or are on a diet. Chicken sausages are prepared very simply, but you need to spend time to make them "screw". Fans of non-diet food can eat sausages with mustard to spice them up.
Composition:
- chicken fillets - 500 gr.
- bacon - 3 slices
- milk - 180g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking chicken sausages:
Clean the chicken fillet from films and fat and cut into small pieces.
Soak the loaf slices in milk.
Clean the onion and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Meat, onion and baton (together with the milk in which it was soaked) transfer to a blender and chop until smooth.
If you don't have a blender, you can use a meat grinder, but run the mince through it 2-3 times.
Add 2 yolks and salt, pepper and spices to the mince to taste and mix.
Add 2 yolks to the mince.
Separately beat 2 egg whites to a stiff froth and gently mix them into the mince.
Spread out the cling film, place 2-3 tsp of mince on the edge of the cling film and form a sausage by twisting the ends like a candy bar.
Tie the ends of the foil in a knot.
Boil the sausage in boiling water until cooked through - about 5 minutes.
Serve with salad, side dish, etc.
Enjoy!"
