Grilled chicken
A delicious chicken with a crispy, flavorful crust and juicy meat. It is easy to prepare, but it will become a worthy decoration of the festive table.
Composition:
- chicken (carcass) – 1 piece .
- vegetable oil
- salt, seasonings
Cooking:
Wash and dry the chicken. Rub the carcass with salt and grilled chicken seasoning (ground black and red pepper, basil, oregano, juniper, etc.) inside and out. Brush the top lightly with refined vegetable oil.
Place the chicken on a rack and bake in the oven, placing a baking tray underneath to collect the juices. Bake the chicken under the grill (top heating element) at 180-200 degrees until cooked through – about 50-60 minutes. In the middle of cooking, turn over to brown the second side.
For a side dish you can prepare potatoes baked in the oven. For this potatoes, coarsely chopped and boiled until half-cooked, put them in a tray under the grate with chicken and bake until browned.
