Chicken in creamy mustard sauce
A simple and quick recipe for cooking chicken meat. The chicken turns out very soft, tender and fragrant, mustard gives the meat a pleasant taste and ruddy color.
Constituents:
- chicken meat – 800 gr.
- cream – 200 ml
- mustard – 3 tbsp.
- butter – 50 gr.
- salt, pepper – to taste
Cooking:
Cut the chicken into pieces or take ready-made shanks or thighs. Melt butter in a frying pan and place the pieces of meat. Fry the meat in the pan until cooked through.
Mix cream and mustard together, add salt, ground black pepper and ground bay leaf.
When the meat is fried, pour the cream and mustard sauce into the pan.
Braise the meat until the sauce has partially evaporated – about 10 minutes.
Serve chicken hot with any garnish.
