Salmon in mustard and soy sauce
A delicious and slightly savory fish. Fans of sweet marinades can add honey or maple syrup, but I found it tasty with a more traditional soy sauce and mustard based marinade. A perfectly simple and quick recipe.
Composition:
- salmon fillet - 300 gr.
- mustard - 1 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
- sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.
- honey (optional) - 1 tbsp.
Preparation of salmon in mustard and soy sauce:
Instead of salmon, you can take any fish of red varieties. Peel off the scales and cut steaks 2 cm thick.
Cut the salmon into 2 cm thick steaks.
For the marinade, mix together the soy sauce, mustard, and sesame seeds. (If the soy sauce is not salty enough, you can add a little salt.)
If desired, you can add honey to the marinade, the dish will benefit in taste, but I try to avoid heat treatment of honey, as it releases harmful substances during heating.
Marinate the fish and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Cover the baking tray with foil and place the fish pieces on it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Serve with a green salad or any other garnish.
Enjoy!"
