Sea cocktail stewed with vegetables
A delicious recipe using frozen (or if you have the sea nearby, fresh) sea cocktail. The vegetables give the seafood juiciness and flavor, making it a light dish that's quick and easy to prepare. The sea cocktail with vegetables goes well with rice.
Composition:
- sea cocktail - 450 gr.
- bell pepper - 2 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- olive oil for frying
Preparation of sea cocktail stewed with vegetables:
Defrost the sea cocktail, then boil it in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
Clean the vegetables. Slice the onion into half rings and the pepper into strips.
Dice the tomatoes.
Heat a few spoonfuls of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until soft (without allowing them to brown). Then add the peppers and braise until half cooked.
After that, add the chopped tomatoes to the vegetables and stew for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the onions and peppers to the vegetables.
Then add the boiled seafood.
Braise vegetables until desired softness, then pepper, salt and serve.
Rice is great as a side dish.
Enjoy!
