Moiwa baked in spices
The hardest part of cooking this dish is cleaning the capelin. Further preparation will not take much time and effort. This fish can be cooked for an ordinary dinner or for a beer party.
Constituents:
- capelin fresh or frozen
- fish seasoning
- lemon pepper
Cooking:
Defrost the frozen capelin, peel off the heads and innards and rinse. Be sure to wash out the black film inside, as it can be bitter.
Prepare.
Pour the prepared fish seasoning onto a plate and add the lemon pepper. If the ready-made seasoning doesn't have salt in it, add salt.
Cover the tray with foil.
Coat the fish in the spices and place on the baking tray. It is not necessary to be careful so that the fish is not too salty. Sprinkle the fish on the tray with vegetable oil.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the fish to bake until ready – about 20 minutes.
Bon appetit!
