Vegetable stew with turkey meat in a multicooker
Vegetable stew is a very easy summer dish and very tasty. The composition of the stew can vary depending on the vegetables you have on hand, and it can be made with or without meat - either way it's delicious. Be sure to make this dish, especially since it's easy with a multicooker.
Composition:
- turkey meat - 350-400 gr.
- potatoes - 3 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- small zucchini - 1 pc.
- asparagus beans - 1 handful
- white cabbage - 1/5 head
- tomato - 1-2 pcs.
- garlic - 3 cloves
- dill - 2-3 sprigs
- flavorless vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp .
- salt, pepper - to taste
Cooking:
Clean the vegetables. Finely chop the onion and garlic, dice the potatoes into small cubes, cut the carrots, zucchini and tomatoes into circles, chop the beans into bite-sized pieces, and shred the cabbage.
Cut the turkey meat into medium sized pieces.
Pour some oil into the bottom of the multicooker, then lay out the meat, top with onions, carrots and potatoes. Then lay out the beans, garlic, zucchini, cabbage and top with tomatoes.
Season everything with salt and pepper.
Turn the multicooker on "bake" mode for 20 minutes, then on "stew" mode for 1,5 hours.
If during the cooking process the vegetables do not produce enough juice, add a few tablespoons of water, but do not do it at the beginning, because the vegetables can let a lot of juice out.
If after the end of the "stew" mode there is a lot of liquid in the stew, then evaporate it by turning on the "bake" mode again and opening the lid of the multicooker.
Stir the stew 1-2 times during the cooking process, but don't do this often as the vegetables will lose their shape.
When the stew is ready, sprinkle it with chopped herbs.
Enjoy!
