Dumplings
Tasty, flavorful, with a lot of meat in the filling and a thin layer of dough, will leave no one indifferent.
Composition:
- dough for dumplings
- stuffing (pork + beef) – 800 gr .
- onions – 2-3 pcs.
Cooking the dumplings:
Prepare dough for dumplings.
Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough thinly, cut out circles of the necessary size and, having put the stuffing in the center of the circles, make dumplings. More molding dumplings is described here.
Boil the finished dumplings in salted water until cooked – about 5 minutes after boiling. The cooked dumplings will float to the top.
Remove the dumplings with a skimmer, place on plates and serve hot, sprinkled with sour cream.
Excess raw dumplings can be frozen in the freezer. To do this, first lay them out on a plate, and after they harden, pour them into a bag.
