Stew with meat and cabbage
Fresh, juicy vegetable stew. The meat makes this dish hearty. Prepared simply and quickly.
Composition:
- meat – 400 gr.
- onion – 1 pc.
- carrots – 1 pcs.
- potatoes – 3-4 pcs.
- tomato – 2-3 pcs.
- white cabbage – 0,5 fork
Cooking:
Cut the meat into portioned pieces and fry in vegetable oil in a thick-walled pan. Add chopped onions and grated carrots to the meat and fry lightly. Then put potatoes cut into small pieces and shredded cabbage into the pot and stew, stirring occasionally. The vegetables should let the juice flow, but if this does not happen, add a few tablespoons of water to the pot. When the vegetables are almost ready, add the tomatoes cut into small pieces to the pot. Salt and pepper the stew, add spices to taste and stew until ready.
