Pork rolls with pineapple
As they say, what's better than smooth and soft skin? Only a crispy, brown crust ;)
And that's what you get.
So here's my favorite recipe - pork rolls with pineapple.
Composition:
- pork chops
- salt, pepper
- pineapples
- vegetable oil mayonnaise
- white wine
Cooking pork reloutines with pineapples:
Beat small pork chops (neck), salt, pepper. Then cut pineapple slices (I have canned) and wrap them in the chops. Carefully pierce it all with toothpicks from both edges. Grease a baking tray with corn oil (any oil will do, I had corn oil on hand), lay out the rolls, pre-lubricated with a little mayonnaise, send them to the oven until ready - a proper crust should form. After that I lightly simmered the rolls with white dry wine. As a side dish I like mashed potatoes with celery - the ratio is about 50/50.
Bon appetit! ;)
P.S. Instead of pineapple you can use stewed mushrooms or a piece of smoked bacon.
Bon appetit.
