Fish baked under vegetables
The recipe is the easiest, but when there is no time for "dancing with tambourines at the stove" it helps a lot. Fish turns out very juicy, vegetables are also tasty, and as if slightly marinated, on a side dish perfectly suits potatoes. This fish can be served both hot and cold.
Composition:
- Hake (or other sea fish) - 1 kg
- carrots - 2-3 pcs.
- onions - 2 pcs.
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.
- salt pepper - to taste .
Cooking fish baked under vegetables:
Clean the fish from scales and insides and cut into slices about 3 cm thick, salt, pepper and mix.
Clean the vegetables, grate the carrots, and finely chop the onion.
Put the vegetables in a bowl, pour the oil, salt, pepper and mix, lightly squeezing.
Add the vegetables to a bowl.
Grease a baking tray with sunflower oil, arrange the fish in a single layer and arrange the vegetables on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
Have a good appetite!"
