Salmon kebabs in mustard and soy sauce on skewers
This kebab can be made with any red fish. The fish turns out fragrant and tasty, serving on skewers makes the dish smart and festive.
Composition:
- salmon fillet - 300 gr.
- mustard - 1 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
- sesame seeds - 1 tbsp.
- honey - 1 tbsp. if desired .
Preparation of salmon kebab on skewers:
Soak wooden skewers in water for 1 hour to prevent them from burning during cooking.
Peel the fish fillet from the skin, remove the bones and cut into cubes with a side of 3 cm.
For the marinade, mix together the soy sauce, mustard, and sesame seeds. (If the soy sauce is not salty enough, you can add a little salt.)
If desired, you can add honey to the marinade, the dish will benefit in taste, but I try to avoid heat treatment of honey, as it releases harmful substances during heating.
Marinate the fish and put it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Then put the salmon pieces on skewers and put them in a baking mold.
Cook in a preheated oven heated to 170-180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle the finished kebabs with sesame seeds.
Serve with green salad or any other side dish.
Enjoy!"
