Pork chop with mushrooms under cheese crust
A very tasty and hearty dish - perfect for feeding a hungry man. The meat is very easy to prepare and almost hassle-free.
Composition:
- pork loin chops - 2 pcs.
- mushrooms - 2 handfuls
- onion - 1 piece
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
- hard cheese - 100 gr.
- sunflower oil for frying
Cooking pork chop with mushrooms under cheese:
Lightly baste pork loin chops, salt and pepper.
Grate the cheese.
Peel and chop the vegetables. In a skillet splash a little vegetable oil and fry onions, then add mushrooms and fry them until browned, evaporating all the moisture.
Add mushrooms to the skillet.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease a baking tray with sunflower oil and place the chops on it. Place the mushrooms on top of the meat.
Then drizzle each chop with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the meat in the oven until cooked through - about 45 minutes. Serve hot with a green salad or vegetables.
