Pork with oranges and cardamom
The closer we get to the new year, the greater the tension and anticipation of the holiday. And then there's clearly the aroma of the holiday..... For me, as well as many of my friends, the new year smells like citrus - it is the smell associated with the holiday, gifts and fun. And although now the choice of exotic fruits in stores is huge - for every taste and color, it is citrus fruits give an unforgettable feeling of expectation of the holiday and miracle, which was in my childhood.
Till the new year are just days, and to bring the holiday closer, I suggest cooking this dish. Pork is perfectly combined with oranges and enriches its rather neutral taste with citrus flavors. The dish is not difficult to prepare and will certainly please you and give you a sense of holiday!
