Pork ribs in ginger marinade.
Pork ribs are hardly the easiest dish to serve at a party or a family dinner. They're prepared simply by soaking them in marinade beforehand and then popping them in the oven before serving. At the same time, the meat is always juicy - it does not let the contained fat dry out. Ginger marinade is wonderfully suited to fatty pork meat - you can marinate barbecue ribs in it, and if there is no possibility to bake them outdoors, the oven will also be a good alternative.
The marinade is made with sugar syrup, and the ribs have a slightly sweet note, but it is perfectly compensated by the spiciness and sharpness of garlic and ginger. Because of the sugar, the ribs get a great blush and look very appetizing. The taste of the ribs is pleasant, because of the ginger even a little New Year's, so take this recipe for yourself when you make a New Year's menu - the preparation of ribs will not tire you and you will have energy for the holiday, and guests will be satisfied.

Add the soy sauce, garlic and ginger to the sugar syrup, stir and let infuse for at least 15 minutes, or preferably 1 hour.
Separate the pork ribs, place in the marinade and stir.
Marinate for at least 24 hours, stir once to twice during that time. My ribs marinated for two days and turned out wonderfully marinated and tender.
Place the ribs on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven heated to 180-200 degrees until ready - 1-1,5 hours.
