Cheesecakes
Cheesecakes according to this recipe turn out very curdy and tasty. But don't forget that when making cheesecakes, a lot depends on the quality of the curd, so you can't skimp when choosing the curd for the cheesecakes.
Constituents: (for about 12-13 cheesecakes)
- cottage cheese - 450-500 gr.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt - 1/3 tsp.
- sugar - 3 tbsp. (for those who like it sweeter, you can use more) .
- flour - 4-5 tbsp
- baking soda, quenched with vinegar - 0,5 tsp. .
Cooking cheesecakes:
Beat eggs into cottage cheese, add salt and sugar and mix well. Add flour sifted through a sieve and mix until homogeneous. When making cheesecakes, a lot depends on the quality of the curd: if it is very moist, you need to add more flour, and if the curd is dry, on the contrary, less. But you need to be careful - a lot of flour can make the cheesecakes a little "rubbery".
Add baking soda with vinegar to the dough and mix everything well.
Put a frying pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil and heat. Form balls from the obtained dough, roll them in flour and fry on both sides until browning.
Serve with sour cream, jam or honey.
Bon appetit!
